For those who may not follow our Facebook page, I made an announcement not long ago about the fact that the video we were producing had been submitted to Groundspeak for the Geocaching International Film Festival.

The video was put together using footage shot in Fundy National Park. If you were in attendance, you probably saw me wandering around with a camera, and may have even been interviewed for the video. We shot a lot of material but only used a small portion of the content. In fact, the video itself is less than three minutes long but it does tell the story about how geocaching brings people together for many different reasons. Videos for GIFF have to be under 4 minutes long.

The video is entitled “Treasures Among Us” and will be posted to this website, our Facebook page, and Youtube later in the year. If we become a finalist for the festival, we will let you know.

Stay tuned for more info.
