I refuse to give in! I saw ice on my window this morning and was very tempted to just NOT scrape it off in a bold move to try and protest the coming of winter. Only problem is I don’t think it would have any affect on it, so I gave in and scraped anyway. Blah!
What a weekend though. Nice and relaxing with a bit of goodies thrown into the mix. I did a long interview with the guys from Toulouse Cruise. That went quite well. They are long winded, which is good, but not nearly as long winded as some of the interviews I’ve had. *cough* Robin Henry *cough*. Anyway, I got the interview transcribed and posted to VAJ. I also sent out some more email and listened to some tunes. It’s all good.
I FINALLY got the DVD burner installed. Thank God! I burned my first DVD last night and it came out very good. Despite my concerns about quality, it actually turned out quite nice so I’m happy with the result. So now I have to learn how to work with menus and other stuff. It should be cool though.
In 25 days I go for my surgery! Wooo hooo! The days are getting closer and closer. I did however find out recently that I’ll probably be putting a lot of eyedrops in for a few months which kind of blows because I end up blinking drops all over myself like a drunken fool but the end result will be worth it. I’ll be sure to take some pictures before and after so people can get all squirmy with disgust!
