It’s Friday folks. That means that in 8 hours, my day will be over. Thank God! It also means I’m going to be busy, as soon as I decide to really start the day. I have 2 PC’s that need to be reinstalled, plus my eye appointment, freebie lunch, another windows reinstall this afternoon, plus I get my turkey, my bonus cheque, and probably my reimbursement for my surgery. So all in all, I think it’s going to be very good.
The DVD project is NOT going well. I must be cursed. None of the renders will play in mom’s DVD player anymore. Not sure what’s up with that but I think I might make note of all the various things I did and start it again, from scratch. The actual DVD authoring is not that hard to do and when you have all of the elements together, it would only take about an hour to redo it, so I may just do that. I really need to get this thing done.
Tamara can vouch for the fact that I have been seriously eyeing this LCD monitor at Future Shop. They’ve had it in there for awhile and I’m not normally one to check out monitors but they were playing some movie on it and I noticed this one and had to check it out. The picture quality was amazing and none of the other monitors even came closer to matching it. I was VERY impressed. If the bonus cheque is enough, I may have to go buy this.
