I want to go to bed damnit!
I had a helluva time hauling my sorry arse out of bed this morning and into work. Frig, my eyes are still drooping from me being so tired. I dunno what the hell it is the last few days but man, it is NOT cool. I do know that when I get home tonite, I’m either going to 1) Watch that last episode of Dark Angel or 2) Go straight to bed and sleep til the gf shows up. One way or another, I know I’ll get some snooze time in.
I do however HAVE to get some reviews done. I have been seriously lazy with the VAJ website. I think a part of it is the fact I’ve been so exhausted the last few weeks. I have a pile of CD’s I need to go through and I want to get them reviewed that way I have some more content on the go.
Turns out I have to work on Sunday. BLAH! I already scheduled the downtime here so I need to do it on Sunday. It won’t take long, I hope. I figure maybe an hour or so, but I hope it doesn’t turn into another one of those disasters where I want to get stuff done and can’t. Regardless, I’ll be in here doing some work.
I sent off my contract for the e-business stuff. This is going to be a good thing. I’ll be able to get a store up and running in a relatively short period of time. Actually, the plan is to modify the web hosting site so people can sign up for access online and then I can start doing some advertising. If anything, I’m hoping to be able to bring in a bit of cash.
Almost got the car stuck in the driveway again. Anyone who knows me knows I have this bad habit of getting the car stuck in the driveway during the winter because I always figure I can get the car through the snow bank without getting stuck and I always end up getting stuck. Well, this morning, I found snow on the car and a tiny little snow bank that I KNEW I could get through. So, I revved the car up and slammed it into reverse and she took off. Everything was going well until… SOMEONE DROVE PAST ME, so I had to slam on the brakes so I wouldn’t hit them. This of course killed the momentum I had going so I was stuck. However, I did manage to give her some gas forward and then back and put it to the floor and she got loose so I DIDN’T get stuck. I refuse to have that happen this year. It hasn’t happened yet and I’m doing good so far!
