Ok, so I just purchased my tickets to see Slayer over the website. Apparently it won’t confirm my purchase until after business hours have started which is in 20 minutes so I’ll have to wait for my email confirmation but at least I have my name in.
Me and Tamara went out to a dinner theatre last night. First time I ever been to something like that and talk about wicked. I enjoyed it immensely. I definitely recommend it to anyone here in town who wants a good meal and good entertainment to go with it. McSweeney’s put on a fantastic show.
It is Friday which means the weekend is here. Finally. The new boss starts Monday as well as a new student so it should make for an interesting week next week. Today is also freebie lunch day. Makes it cheaper for me!
Regarding the MAME project, I was able to find a kickass developer who was able to make a minor change to the NES emulator I’m using and now it will work very nicely with the Bender software I wrote. Frig man, people in the open source community kick ass! I can’t wait to get this cabinet up and running!
