Better state of mind

Looking outside, the morning looks very nice and from all accounts, it’s supposed to be nice and warm. Something like 17 today. 22 tomorrow. THIS is the weather I have been waiting for. I hope this is a small prelude of things to come this summer. I’m anxiously awaiting the warmer weather so we can have ourselves a huge party at the house and invite everyone we know. More or less.

Feeling a lot better today. I was bummed yesterday about the whole job thing but I’ve got other things to work on and I always seem to pull through things in good spirits. The way I see it, I was meant to do what I’m doing now for a reason, it just hasn’t come clear yet. Weird how life works like that.

Sat back and watched Star Trek Enterprise last night. Anyone here like Star Trek? I gotta say, those guys have done a phenomenal job with this season and the wicked story arc. I really can’t wait to see the end of the season. Only thing is, that show is on the bubble of being cancelled which is unfortunate. I really hope the network holds on to the show for at least another season as I’d like to see how everything comes out.

Speaking of television, since I am a TV addict, new Friends & Survivor tonite. Friends only has one more new episode after tonite. After 10 years, it will be sad to see the show go off the air but this is one show that I’m glad is leaving the airwaves while it’s still good. A lot of shows get cancelled long after they have sucked hard. In Survivorland, I need to see Boston Rob get his ass kicked off that island, but unfortunately the rest of the people there are dumb enough to think they can win it if they follow him. TOOLS! You wait, it’ll be Rob & Amber at the end (as someone predicted early on). BAH!
