Whoa

So I finally got to see the finale of Enterprise last night and let me tell you, I was impressed, but a little let down as well. I knew that everything was going to be fine in Star Trek world and that earth would not be destroyed, blah blah blah, but when the ending came around, I was somewhat surprised, and confused all at once. I am anxious to see how the show gets resolved come the new season but I am perplexed by the odd, twisted ending, that seemed to have nothing to do with what was going on. Regardless, it was nice to see the good guys kick some Xindi ass!

My aunt Linda, mom, and my grandmother were over last night. That was all good. Sat and chatted and showed Linda the house as she had never seen it before. I also boxed up my first auction and I gotta say, those boxes I got are perfect for the job. I am hoping that soon I’ll be getting the rest packed up and then I can start selling this stuff. I can’t wait.

I think we’re going to go get some more fish tonite. We definitely have a snail control problem in our big tank as the snails seem to be getting more and more so we’re going to pick up a couple of Clown Loaches. These guys are somewhat cool looking and by all accounts, love to feed on snails, so that will quickly cure us of that problem. I’ve also noticed that the water is a bit cloudy so I am hoping to do a few tests tonite and make sure all is well with it. I don’t want the water quality getting bad and the fish dying. I’ve gotten used to having those coolios around.

I’ve also been checking out Wil Wheaton’s blog page the last little while. I gotta say, this guy impresses me. For anyone who doesn’t know who he is, he played Wesley Crusher on Star Trek: The Next Generation. He was also in Stand By Me, and Toy Soldiers. So, he’s sort of known, but not really. Anyway, the point being, he’s got his own blog page which he adamently maintains himself, and he seems somewhat normal. I dunno if you conside the guy a celebrity or not, but regardless, it is cool to see someone who has had a bit of celebrity, show their true selves over the web. Very cool stuff. I recommend it.

It’s raining out but for some reason, I feel really good this morning. I took a shower first thing after getting out of bed and being half asleep and I have felt great ever since. Perhaps I should do that more often. It certainly help me wake up I’ll say that. I do wish we’d get more sun. Tamara is concerned that it’s going to rain on Saturday for Tammy’s wedding. I hope it’s clear for her. Regardless, rain or not, I’ll be there with video camera in hand.
