As the headline suggests, it is exactly one week before me and Tamara head to New York City. Wow. I can’t believe it is here already. By this time next week, my living room will be filled with things I need to pack in the car and I’ll be so damn anxious to get the hell out of work it won’t even be funny. I have to start making checklists to make sure I don’t forget anything when we leave.
Went out and bought an LCD monitor last night and I’m not too sure what to think of it. It’s a good monitor and the picture quality is excellent but it just isn’t “doing” anything for me. I’ve wanted one of these since they came out and I spent a lot of time picking out a good name and brand and making sure I would get something decent. But, I went down to Future Shop and checked out what they had, and took one home, hooked it up, and all was good. But, it sort of left something to be desired and I dunno what it is. I’m thinking maybe it’s one of those things that looks great on the shelf, but when you get it home, it doesn’t seem that great anymore. I dunno. I only have a few days to decide what I want to do with it so I’ll keep you posted.
I also got my T-Shirt from TShirtHell.Com last night. “He loves the cock” with an arrow pointing towards the left. Funny shirt, but not something I should really where in too many public places where kids will be. I’m not one for caring what people think of what I wear, but I think it’s just a respect thing. Regardless, it’s funny as hell.
And on the lesser side, I feel really horrid this morning. Not in a physical or mental way but I had this really weird dream about my mom calling me and telling me all of these people have died and now for some reason, I have this feeling of death all around me today. It’s very hard to describe but I hope it goes away soon because it’s really giving me the creeps.
