As if the world isn’t messed up enough, I stumble upon this page about jewelry you shove up your ass for decoration. Is this also a method of “holding it” when you can’t go on long road trips?
It’s Friday and Bob is glad. It’s actually been a very good week all things considered. Work has been pretty steady with enough things to do to keep me busy and although it’s been a little less active at home, it’s been nice to just sort of kick back and take it easy.
Worked on me & Tamara’s bikes last night and discovered that I think Tamara’s back tire is warped. I am hoping I can get Jason to take a look and perhaps fix it as I would like us to get biking again. We went out for a little walk last night as it was really nice out but I really want to get back into the biking thing.
There’s a Monoxides show tonite and I am contemplating going out to see them. I don’t go to shows in town much anymore but these guys always put on a good show and I always enjoy their tunes so I am seriously thinking of going. Alex & Brian are playing Saturday night as well but the Race is on too but I could tape that. I can’t believe I forgot it was on Tuesday night and missed it. Man, what is wrong with me? I’m missing out on my reality TV fix here. Frig sakes!
I think I’m going to go down to Kent’s this weekend and see about buying some wood for my cabinet. I said that since I had the money this summer, I was going to do something about getting it built and I haven’t done much about it. This project has been delayed for 2 years now and it’s something I really want but just have not bothered to put the time and effort into it that it needs. I think the biggest problem is the fact that I have no carpentry experience and am a little leary of how I am going to get everything put together. It’s a little nerve wrecking but Ben said he would help and I know other people, including my step-father, who might be able to give me a hand with this. Perhaps I should go to the lab at lunch today and cut my control panel again to make sure I can get things right this time.
