Rain rain go away

So I finally have some time to post something this morning. I haven’t taken a break yet so this is my 10 minutes of break time.

It was a pretty full weekend. Friday we did a bunch of things around the house including a little decorating and I sat back and watched the season premiere of Star Trek Enterprise which was ok but not as good as I had hoped, but it’s a two parter and the part 2 is on Friday which I am sure will round things up good.

Saturday was a lot of work around the house, cleaning things up, and going from place to place around town picking up things. We also went out for a nice drive through the back parts of Riverview to get a good view of the fall trees and leaves (or was that Sunday?). Good thing too since the rain came and took a lot of that away I’m sure. Saturday night consisted of watching Team America: World Police at Empire Theatres and let me tell you, what a movie. VERY crude and vulgar but funny as hell. If you like crude and raunchy humour, this is the movie for you. Funny as hell.

Sunday we did a bunch of things around the house, cleaning up, and all of that stuff. I can’t for the life of me remember what else we did. But I kept busy!

Monday the family came over and we had a Thanksgiving supper which was cool. Tamara did a kickass job of making some good food and I helped, a bit. Played some air hockey, computer games, and plugged myself into the TV to finish of the night. It was a full weekend.

Halloween party is in less than two weeks and I’m getting psyched. I hope those of you who can be there will be there. If you’re in the greater Moncton area, you have no excuses so please do come by!

Also, a sad moment to hear that Christopher Reeve died. Superman himself was not so super but I’m glad to see that he’ll be in a much better place now.

In other news, I have to start working on my next article for Metro Marquee which is due by Friday. I’m hoping my first article gets published on Thursday but we’ll have to wait and see. For those of you around town, you’ll have to grab a copy!

Until then…
