Sue tonite

Since I only have a few minutes, those of you in Moncton tonite have the chance to check out the Sunday Night Sex show granny at Moncton High. She’s giving a lecture on something or another but me and Tamara couldn’t pass up the opportunity to see her in person. She’s fricken hilarious and I am really hoping it’s a good visit for her.

So I got my copy of Metro Marquee today and noticed that my article is not there, as I already knew. It’s sad but that’s ok. I glanced and didn’t notice the gamer article either so I think that made me feel a bit better about the whole thing. Regardless, I’m supposed to be in it next week. I hope they live up to that.

It’s Thursday which means tomorrow is Friday and the week will be over. Halloween is on Sunday and November starts it’s crawl on Monday. I can’t believe it’s that close. Then a little over a week from that I’ll have a day off (Rememberance Day) and before you know it, Christmas will be here.

I finally sat down and watched the other 2 Star Wars movies from the DVD set and all was good except for the very ending of Return Of The Jedi which now has Hayden Christenson from Episode’s 1 & 2 showing up as a glowing Jedi at the very end (Luke’s dad) and although I understand why Lucas did it, I think this is probably one of the only changed he made that I don’t really agree with. Yeah ok, Anakin was turned to the dark side at that age so since he redeemed himself at the end of ROTJ, he life force survived as his good self. I get it. I just don’t think it looks that great and really would have rather seen the original actor in there. Oh well. His movies. he can do what he wants. I still enjoyed them.

Speaking of Sci-fi. I started watching the new Enterprise a few weeks ago. Looks like we’re going to have some good episodes even though I don’t particularily like the fact we didn’t find out who FutureGuy from the Temporal Cold War is. I also hope that the new arc about the Eugenics wars is good. I do hope they bring Shatner back for one last stint as Captain Kirk as it is long overdue and I really think it would be cool.
