Wow. What a weekend. Both busy and not. Saturday was an interesting day as I got up, had my sausage, came home and worked on the project for mom and gran, and then went to the Xmas party which actually didn’t suck. It was quite good, and me and Tamara enjoyed ourselves quite a bit. Thanks for the good times
Sunday, Tamara went to a Christmas party while I stayed home and visited with Ben whom I have not seen for awhile. he is doing well, as can be expected anyway, and it was nice to sit and chat and play some games, do the geek thing. Very cool.
Tonite, I’ll be passing on Fear Factor to drive to Miramichi to get me some books from Hosford. Hos said he’d lend me his MCSE books from when he was in school so that sounds like a damn good plan since I need some reference material to get going on my new job. Twill be cool.
The news has spread around the office quite well and most people seem genuinely happy that I am going into something I will enjoy. People are also curious as to what will happen here after I am gone and apparently I am going to be missed. Some of them I will miss, and others I will thankfully put behind me, thank God!
