As expected, I have started studying for the new classes. There’s a lot of material to cover in a short period of time but I have been able to get some good study time in and it looks like if I can keep the pace up, I should be able to get through the Exchange & Directory Services books within a little over a week. I figure if I try and do a little more than a chapter a day, I should be good. Actually, it will probably result in a chapter or two at work, and a chapter or two at home each day. I think I will probably read the Exchnage book several times to make sure I have everything under my belt good.
Last night I also tried to do some sampling of stuff for a guy who lent me his videocamera. The sampling was fine but the output video was not readable on any machine other than my own. It must have to do with the codecs I have installed with my capture card. I felt bad since the guy lent mne the camera on condition I sample the stuff for him. Oh well. I also got some time in on my project for mom and gran for Christmas. I recorded all of the voiceover audio, and started on the actual video project. Weird stuff though. The software is acting very odd now. Not sure why.
Also did a MAJOR water change on the big tank. Turns out our pH and Amonia are too high so that’s why the fish are getting sick. We changed a lot of the water and put some major treatments in the tank hoping to fix up the illnesses. I don’t want my fish getting sick!
