First up, anyone who has ever been a Pantera or Damageplan fan should mourn today as Dimebag Darryl is dead. He got shot point blank at a concert just recently. I’m glad me and Jay got to see him play here in Moncton cuz the guy kicks ass. Metal will mourn today.
In other news, my final assertiveness class is next week and I must say that I think it is helping me. I am able to pick out more and more behaviours from people whether they are being assertive, agressive, or passive, and it’s somewhat interesting. I will miss the comradary (sp?) of the class when it is over.
I had bad news given to me yesterday so I was sort of pissed about it for yesterday but as the evening went on, like all things, I got over it. I think I have begun to get a little more comfortable with just shrugging off things that are irrelevant a lot more. I’m allowed to be upset for a short period of time but don’t let it bog you down.
Also, I’m curious if anyone on here has any suggestions for new content that they might find useful, whether it be news items, or other stuff. I’m always looking to get feedback from my readers to see if they would like to be able to use my site for anything other than just reading my ranting entries. I know some of you play games so let me know if you have any ideas.
