It feels weird being home on Monday knowing that I do not have to go to work at all. It also feels damn good I might add knowing that my life at Norampac is long gone. I need to make a quick stop there to drop off my cell phone charger but that’s it. I won’t have to return. It’s sort of a mixed bag of feelings regarding that because I didn’t like the way my four and a half years service ended but this is life, and I’m grabbing it by the horns and doing what I need to do!
We got our Christmas tree this weekend. We got it at John’s Garden center just up the road and walked it home. Must have looked a little funny us walking the tree down Hillsborough rd but we got it set up, got it decorated and man does it looks nice. I am very happy with it.
Went to mom’s last night for a birthday supper and got a VERY nice pair of sweat pants and a wicked sweater to go with it. Tamara got a nice bath set and I had my birthday meal and cake which was all good.
Watched the finale of Survivor last night and Chris won it! WOO HOO! Very happy to see that.
Anyways, I’m off for now. I have a few things I want to get done today so I’ll be in touch!
