A new day

I’m in a better mood this morning folks. I don’t know why I am up before 10am when I don’t have anything seriously pressing to do but I do have a few things that need to be taken care of. I have a little more Christmas shopping to do which I believe I will work on doing today. I want to get it out of the way and done.

I finished the first test version of my video for my grandmother. I think it will be ok but I have to watch it this morning to see how it came out. There are some issues with the audio that I am not happy about, and I will see how bad they are when I watch the video. There are these weird audio spikes that sound awful when you switch from clip to clip but it only happens the odd time so I want to see how much of a problem it will really be. If it’s bad, I can remove the audio completely, and fix it with an editor. Should not be a big deal, I hope.

Last class of Assertiveness was last night and it was good. I think I did get some stuff out of it as I have been able to be a bit more assertive with things I have had going on in my life. It’s almost a little sad that the classes are over as I was really enjoying going out once a week to these classes and meeting with these different people. Who knows. Maybe I’ll take another one next year.

I was seriously blah yesterday morning but am much better today. I allow myself to have those days where I am down so that I can not just push it out of the way and think that things will be fine. You have to acknowledge that there are days when you are not at your best. This morning, I am feeling very good, and want to get some stuff done. I did hear from an old friend Vicki (HEY PICKI) which was a nice surprise. She gave me the congrads on the new job and I am glad to hear she is doing well.

So…. Tamara was a little late getting out this morning so I am going to go feed the animals, and then watch gran’s video to see what needs to be fixed. Have a great day folks!
