The videos are finished. I managed to get both parts of mom’s re-rendered last night and sure enough they came out fine so I burned them to DVD and all is good. The menu functions are not quite what I wanted but that’s ok because it’s very basic stuff and nothing that I need to worry about since I’ll just be showing the videos to them anyway.
Tamara’s had some car problems so I had to drive her to work this morning. Thank God for CAA and them towing the car to the shop last night. I hope it’s nothing more than a cable or something as I would hate to see her have to pay out any serious cash, especially this time of year.
Thanks goes out to Andrea for the Christmas card. It was very unexpected but thank you very much. You’ll definitely have to come by the house next time you are in town, whenever that may be.
I did a pile of reading and experimenting with Exchange yesterday and actually got quite far. I got the instructor’s CD which has a LOT of useful info in it which is going to make things a lot easier. I have to work out some kinks from it and try to settle on a format within the next few days but I am feeling a little bit more at ease about things now. Thank goodness!
I have started making some changes to this site behind the scenes. I decided I wanted to change the photos I have in my Pictures section into a more gallery style section so I installed a new gallery for them but I think I might actually start from scratch with newer images and go from there. It’s not even close to being done and since I have other more important things to do, it will probably be the new year before you see it.
