Up again early. Well, ok, not early early but early enough for me when I technically am not working yet. I hate note being able to just sleep in til noon and lay around the house lazy like I should be. But that’s ok because yesterday I got a hell of a lot of work done. I was very happy with the outcome of what I did yesterday and although there is more work to be done, I am happy that I was able to get as much done as I did.
How about that snow eh? I couldn’t even get my front door open this morning as it was frozen shut. I had to do some serious banging and yanking but eventually it broke free. Roads are finally plowed and myseriously, so is our driveway. Someone used a snow blower and cleared out our driveway and we have no idea who it is. Whoever you are, THANK YOU! Very nice to see neighbors that kickass! I do however have to take a little time later today and shovel out the end of the driveway because Tamara has to go back to work tomorrow and she’ll need to get the car out.
I do however have to find some time between now and the end of the week to get my ass out to a store somewhere and buy me some new clothes. I got a bunch of shirts and ties for Christmas which is all fine and dandy but I need pants and a decent pair of shoes to wear seeing as I don’t think I could stand those dress shoes I have for more than I need to. I know I need to wear dressy type shoes for this new job, but I want to make sure I have something that is comfortable.
I am really starting to get excited about the new job. I was thinking about it this morning and although I am a little nervous, I know that once I am there for a little while, all should be good.
With that said, I have some work to do today, and hopefully I can get it done quicker than yesgterday as I do have a lot more stuff that needs to be done before I start work on Tuesday. Have a great day folks!
