Thanks for the replies regarding the stove. Our chimney was just cleaned last year and we don’t use the stove enough for there to be enough build-up, yet. It is a possibility though but VERY unlikely. We know about the damper and have used it to start fires before and had no problem. We have found out that there are some times when you can get a nasty downdraft and smoke just won’t go up. So, we’ll have to just be a little more careful.
I got my pension papers from Norampac today. Anyone know anything about filling out tax forms for pension benefits? Frig sakes it’s confusing. I have lots of time so I’ll take some time when I feel like it and figure it out. Prolly call the folks and see what they say.
