That was…. unique

The weekend is just about over and let me tell you, did I ever feel seriously blonde today. But then again, so did Tamara.

Got up, vegged, and then decided to go to Kent’s to buy some new track lighting for the basement. That in itself was not a big deal, but I did decide that I wanted to go see Sin City todat so I asked Tamara if she’d like to go and all was set. Went up to get our tickets, the guy said that they were passed their deadline for 12:30 tickets but we could use the 3:30 ticket for the show anyway. We went in, and saw that the movie had already started. After leaving, and asking someone what time it was, we learned it was in fact 1:30, not 12:30. Huh? What was going on? Yup. We forgot all about the time flip. Something that I don’t think I have ever done. Funny none the less. So, we killed some time and made it back to the movie by 3:30.

The movie was…. odd. Very wicked visuals but a somewhat messed up story line. A lot of scantily clad women which was always a plus (especially Jessica Alba) but the story was somewhat confusing and off the wall, but definitely a cool visual movie.

Not much else on the weekend front. Next week Rogers comes by to install our new high spped internet. We get the modem free with the Extreme speed package that you normally have to buy the router with so I am anxious to try it out. I don’t transfer enough stuff for the 60Gb cap to be a problem so I won’t be too worried about it.

Regardless, for now I need to go get something to drink, and change the rabbit’s cage, do the garbage thing, and work on the laundry, dishes, fishtanks, and well, whatever else needs to be done before I hit the sack for another damn good night of snoozing. Later folks
