Lots of things to report!!!!
Saturday was a pile of driving and visiting. First off, me and Tamara drove up to Cambridge Narrows which is literally in the middle of nowhere about halfway between here and Fredericton. Tamara has a family friend up there so we went to visit him and it was all good. He even fed us with some major kick ass BBQ steak. That inspired the BBQ we had today (more on that later). We then figured we’d go visit Hosford and Carol to see the new baby but it took a lot longer to get there than expected so we only stayed about an hour. They are doing quite well and thankfully the baby doesn’t look ugly. It’s a cute kid. We made it home, watched a little tube (CSI specifically) and then crashed for the night. Tamara however did not fair well overnight but I’d rather not talk about flying chunks.
Today was pretty much a work day. Laundry, putting Coke cans and other sillyness stuff away, and then finally got down to our first BBQ of the year which I must say kicked some serious ass. Man those burgers and hot dogs were good and so were the wings we cooked. Man, I love the taste of BBQ food. YEEHAW!
So tonite, I’ve already done my work., I’m going to do a little studying, as in quiz questions for now, and then watch a movie I recorded a few nights ago. Maybe even watch the other one that’s recorded but one way or another, downstairs I go with my feet up on the automan (sp?).
Also caught the latest new episode of Star Trek on Friday which gave us about 44 minutes of barely clothed, naked green women. Also known as Orion slave girls which I must say, despite the green, they were hot. I wonder if Tamara would mind if I got me one of those for those cold weekends when she’s gone away? 😉 Anyways, only 5 new episodes left and the clock is ticking to the end of Star Trek for at least a few years. Sucks too. Ahh well.
Me and Tamara also made a new purchase this weekend. I brand spanking new digital camera. 5.0MP, 10x optical zoom, and enough options to make your head spin. It cost a little chunk of change but man what a wicked camera. I am very happy with it. Very clear and works very well, especially the zoom. Ya ya!
Anyways folks, I really oughtta get some studying done, and watch my stuff so I am off for now…
