First off, don’t read this if you haven’t seen the last episode of Enterprise.
Anyways, in case you didn’t read the entire post about cert prep, I passed my ISA Server exam with flying colors. I am very happy. I still intend to keep writing these things but I am going to take a little break since I have been hard at the studying for awhile.
In other news, Star Trek Enterprise has finally finshed. I watched the final episode on Friday and I have to say it was a disappointment. The show has come a long way since it’s beginning and I can tell you that as someone who has seen the difference an executive producer can make, it was quite obvious Manny Coto had nothing to do with the finale. The finale, albeit interesting, felt more like an episode of The Next Generation. Riker is trying to figure out whether he should tell Picard about his history with his former captain of the Pegasus so he firees up the holodeck to watch some history unfold on the NX-01. As a TNG episode, it would have been an awesome episode. But as a send off for Enterprise. Not very good. It was ok, but definitely not worth it to the show since it had come a long way. Regardless, the show is now done, and Star Trek has been layed to rest for at least a few years. I really hope that when it resurfaces, Berman & Braga are done with the show. Please bring in new blood.
In other news, there is going to be another X-Files movie. Yahoo! I can’t wait. Not sure of the details but as long as it’s XF, and Scully still looks hot, I’ll be happy. Speaking of which, I still have a DVD box set I have not watched. Gonna have to do something about that.
But, today has begun and I need to go to Harcourt with Tamara to drop off some photos and get me some breakfast. Til then, I bid you adieu!
