A new week

Man, it?s insane to think that May is over. Where the hell did that month go anyway? I would like to think that at least today, with the sub poking its head out, we?ll start seeing some less depressing weather in the coming weeks. God knows I am sick of the clouds and rain.

I have not heard from dad and his time is pretty much up. I don?t know what the deal is and I am now very anxious to hear one way or another. I wish he?d hurry up and call so I can get the idea that he?s coming settled instead of really wondering wtf is going on.

Weekend was good, more or less. Besides going to see Star Wars, it was also Tamara?s nephew?s birthday on Saturday. WAY too many people for my liking. That poor kid. Talk about an insane amount of people in one house for a single birthday party. Man that was just a little too much for me. It was however sort of funny to see yet another connection to my past. Who walks into Tamara?s mom?s house but Jenn?s former roommate Amanda. The druggie. She smoked so much dope that the house stank of pot for a LONG time. Anyways, it was amusing to see how yet again, Tamara?s family is connected to Jenn. First Kim, now Amanda. Frig, before I know it, I?ll find out that Tamara and Jenn are somehow related. Wouldn?t that be disturbing? Here?s to hoping we never see THAT happen.

I?m hoping to go for a bike ride tonite but Tamara said something about a guy coming in to do an estimate on the bathroom so rides may be postponed. Weather does look good for the week so we should get some riding in. Maybe not to the causeway and back, but something good. Maybe we?ll actually make it to Dairy Queen this time.

Oh also! Anyone going to see the Stones? After having sold 62,000+ tickets in FIVE HOURS I?m wondering if I should do my best and get some damn tickets. I think it will be a good show and I probably should make sure I am part of this historical event. Now I just gotta dig out the cash for it.

Anyways folks, the day is winding down so I am off for another adventure. I needed to kill some time and I like getting these long posts in once and awhile. Have a good week!
