So since today I have a few moments to spare, I?m writing this out now so I don?t forget to do it later. It?s amazing how I forget to do things.
The web hosting issue appears to be no more. HostingEh was sold to some company in the UK so they were in the process of moving accounts from one server to another and well, things got messy. Here?s to hoping that it will remain in one spot for awhile now. I am glad with the service I have received from the new folks so I must say that I am impressed. I?ll remain more impressed if we can keep the site up in one spot for awhile though.
Weekend was good. Tamara finished the music video for Dave & Mel?s wedding which means hopefully tonite, I will finish the DVD itself and be done with it. The only thing after the video is done that will need to be done, is the disc and box artwork which is really a no-brainer because I can use a few digital photos and print them off and all will be good. I?m very happy with the results of this video though. Very nice.
We took a little day trip down to Cap Lumiere near Bouchtouche yesterday. Nice little hidden beach area out of the way. Colder than Parlee but still very nice. Got a pile of photos which I have not looked at yet but definitely some nice stuff down there. If you want a beach, out of the way where no one knows it exists, that?s the place.
We also went down to Parlee on Saturday which was damn hot. Holy crap it was nasty. 40 out. That?s way too damn hot. We did a little swimming, dug up some sand dollars, and watched crabs try to attack our feet. Kind of funny. Interesting story about being at Parlee though. Sitting on the beach, vegging out, and I spot someone I think I know. Tamara says, ?Was she in your wedding too?? or something to that effect (other story) and sure enough, it was Heidi Hache, who was Jenn?s Maid of Honour. Damn funny if you ask me. Everytime I turn around, I bump into someone that was either in my wedding, or tied to Jenn somehow. I figure Vicki is likely to be next. First Kim, then Amanda, and now Heidi. Weird. Anyway, she is good. Living in Halifax and seems as bubbly as ever. Regardless, the beach was fun.
So this is a short week which means that I only have 4 days of class, and Thursday is even better since it will be exam day, which means I get out of class early that afternoon. I am anxiously awaiting the weekend but I suspect that this will be a good week. Hail to that!
