With the weekend coming to a close, I figured I?d sit down and do a post. So, let?s see.
Friday night we went down to Mooser?s to see Brian and Alex play. It was good. Had some good food but we didn?t stick around long that night as I was feeling a little cranky and a bit anti-social so I?ll have to see them play again soon. We also stopped by Doucet and got my wedding band. It had come in and let me tell you, it looks some nice. It?s a Titanium ring with white gold. I like it a lot. WAY better than any other jewelry I have had before. Tres nice. We also bought a few more fish.
Saturday, we went to see Philip Penny, the pastor who will perform our ceremony. I must say the marriage class we had was nothing like the ones I had with Jenn and that minister from Sunny Brae. This was a breeze. However, the whole topic of marriage classes at work brought up an interesting topic about that Men is From Mars, Women are from Venus book which I read as part of those classes. Good book. Regardless, the class was a breeze and we got a lot of little details worked out.
We went into Fredericton where Tamara tried on some wedding dresses while I dug around and found a DVD I have been looking for forever. Airplane 2, The Sequel!!!! Yes. I bought that bitch and will watch it this week. We also bought two new sharks for the tank along with another 2 clown loaches. The tank is looking good and I think next weekend they?ll all get a good cleaning.
Today was my step-father?s 70th birthday. Talk about old. I hope I live to be that age. Lots of family and crap today but feeling a little weird and out of it. Glad to be home.
