Holy. Heat is good. I got the sweat poring off of me folks. Lemme tell you, when I get out of the tub and it’s freakin hot, it’s both good and bad. Man, I need a breeze.

Another week has begun. I enjoyed my classes today. I know that my afternoon one is damn good since we have fewer chapters to cover, and even more lab time for the students. This is always a good thing. The big boss will be in tomorrow so I have to be on my best behavior. I should find a good shirt and pants and do my ironing tonite so I don’t have to worry about it in the morning. Regardless, I still have not actually met the man but you never know when it might happen.
Tamara is out for the night so I am going to do a bit of reading and some studying. I must say that I am a little intimidated by the idea of this next exam. This will be one that I won’t be talking a lot about because I am very worried about it. Probably not something I should say too loudly but even us geeks have our limits where we get a bit intimidated. On the other hand, I can say that within a few weeks, I will be on vacation for a week so this is definitely something to look forward to.
Tamara has basically decided that she is going to have her dress made locally. I am hoping this works out for the best since it will give her exactly what she wants instead of having to find a dress that sort of goes with things.
This whole wedding thing is going good but I do have to say that one thing keeps coming up that well, it doesn’t bug me, but it is a bit weird. Jenn’s name keeps popping in my head from time to time and flash backs from the days of us getting married in 99. Not that I miss those days but when you start thinking about getting married and making wedding plans, I would think that perhaps its a little natural to look back on previous experiences. Interestingly enough, Tamara was looking at my old wedding photos to just check a few things out (mom’s had to wear blue eh Tamara 😉 ) and man, did I ever look awful. Holy. HUGE glasses. But I must say the limo shot still looks good even after all this time. I also thought it was funny because I had to rename the folder (it’s in my archives) from “My Wedding” to “My 1st Wedding”.
Hmmmmmmmm…. Maybe I’ll do a rant or some kind of writing thing on retrospectives regarding the past compared to now. I’m feeling a bit introspective right now so I think I just might. Yeah…. I’m gonna go do some writing. If it ain’t overly personal, I might even post it
