Ahhh there. Finally… I have a few minutes to sit down and give the good ole Christmas report.
So here’s what went down.
Christmas day, we opened a pile of gifts and both me and Tamara cleaned up. She got her water cooler that she wanted and I got my Tix clock. Man, talk about a sweet rig. I also got a shitload of new ties, some clothes, Age Of Empies III, some food, socks, undies, and a whole lot of other stuff. She got a few frames, a basket of bath stuff and a bunch of other stuff.
We had Christmas day here with both her family and mine and man what a pile of gifts we had here. About a third of the tree was out of sight because it was covered with gifts. We had a feast of food and man it was good. We opened a lot of gifts and I was the gift giver since I was sorting out gifts which was way cool. By the end of the day, everyone was gone but Dave, Mel, and Tamara’s mom, so we played a game of Life which was a lot of fun. We then crashed for the night. Oh ya!!!! Tamara had a remake of my old VAJ shirts done which is awesome because mine is totally falling apart. I was NOT expecting that. Tamara also got this exercise thing which she will get good use out of.
Yesterday, we went out to mom’s for awhile and spent some time there and saw the sister and the brother, the niece and the nephew, along with a few others. Had some food there and enjoyed the company. We also went over to Valerie’s and spent a bit of time there. Came home, vegged, and did very little, went to bed and got up today.
Today, we went out shopping around 9:30 and got a pile of stuff. We got a cool poker table thing which we were hoping to use tonite but it looks like the turnout for the game may be very few but we’ll use it anyway. That’s ok because I know ppl are busy around the holidays so I think I’ll arrange another poker night sometime in early to mid-January after all the fuss is over. We’ll see who shows tonite but I’m sure it’ll be fun anyway.
So now, we have done some dishes and are somewhat beat but just vegging out. Tomorrow night is Kong and Rib night. Can’t wait.
Regardless, I think I am going to go play some AOE3 or do something else. I have a pile of photos on the digital camera to download so maybe I’ll do that. Who knows.
