Well folks, after some debating, and a few emails/comments, I have decided that the poker game scheduled for this Saturday night will go on as planned!!! I received several “no show” emails but I do believe that there will be enough players to play at least a few good rounds on Saturday evening. As per the usual, if you want to attend, please do. My place, Saturday, 7pm is fine. Bring some friends if you wish.
In other news, the weekend was spent doing a little bit of this and that. I watched 2 movies. American Pie Band Camp, which was not as good as I had hoped but somewhat funny, and Just Friends which was ok. I figured with Ryan Reynolds it would have been funnier but it was just ok. Definitely not a Van Wylder.
Tamara found Eric’s cell phone in the car which he has since recovered. Eric, you need to pay more attention to things like that. You really should put that thing on a leash.
Friday night we went out to Cheers to see Alex and Brian play and it was a great show. A bunch of the guys from Whitehill were there. I was reminded once again about why I don’t drink alcohol after seeing Corey (a very drunk young woman) spill beer on G-Mac (guy from work) everytime she opened a beer and then proceeded to fall off her chair. Quite entertaining. Speaking of falling off chairs, Tamara’s mom had Taylor over on the weekend and while watching her photos on the TV through a slide show, Taylor got in Tamara’s big chair and tipped it over. At least he wasn’t drinking, as far as I know anyway.
Tamara’s big orgy, errr I mean party is Friday. This should make for an interesting evening. My o my. Gotta dig the camera out for that night I suspect.
