Despite the fact that my eyes are burning right now, I can at least say that the planned poker night last night went well and people actually showed up. To Darren, Eric, Chris (Moonie) and my wife, thanks for coming. With that in mind, I think I will be doing another poker night down the road, but it will probably be during the week, just to be different.
Tamara’s Fantasia party went well. A little long as I was getting irritable by the time midnight came and the woman was still there. But, Tamara got some stuff and everyone seemed to enjoy it pretty good.
Today was a VERY relaxing day. For the first time since we moved into the house, I slept in until 1pm this afternoon. Talk about lazy. Wow. So it has been very lazy today. I went out and bought myself a new jacket for Spring and got Tamara some flowers. We also watched some TV and went for a drive. It’s all good.
I’ve been experiencing some weird feelings in both of my hands. Ever since I started the new job I’ve had some soreness in my wrists and then this weekend, it’s been feeling a little tingly and a bit weird. Not too sure what it is but I got them to get me a wrist rest for my right hand hoping it would help but I dunno what it is. I’ve worked on computers for years and its just been very recently when this has started. Very odd.
If you can imagine this, it’s 8:45pm and I’m getting a bit tired. I think I slept too much and the fact that I did so little cannot have helped. I think I am going to go get some food into my stomach and then perhaps go to bed. I have a bit of reading I’d like to do. Who knows. All I know is that I wish I had tomorrow off and could just relax. I dunno why but I feel really tired like I need to take another day to rest. Dunno wtf is with that. I’m not sick. Just tired. Maybe my body is giving out on me early. 😉
