Well folks, as the headline reads, me and Tamara will be traveling to Edmonton, Alberta this June.
Originally, the plan was to travel to Six Flags in New in Springfield, MA down in the US this August but because of circumstances, we had to put the kibosh on that and decided to move our vacation to June. We then decided that we?d go to Atlantic City and do some gambling. That also did not pan out as we figured if we really want to go gambling, we can just do it in Halifax.
It was my idea to go to Edmonton as we had discussed and planned on going there last year but things got messed up with dad saying he wanted to move here. Since then, things changed, but my desire and need to go back there, with Tamara this time has not changed. So, with the price of airfare not bad, and Tamara having enough air miles to cover the cost of a ticket, we have booked it and will be gone a week. I am very anxious to go.
So, in anticipation of my vacation, I put a countdown timer up top. I figured since vacation time is coming close, I might as well have something that can remind me of when it will be time to head out west. The plan is to see the Rockies, visit my old stomping grounds, and see whatever we can, while we are there.
