I think I fixed the comment/full story issues. Very weird. I had to do something which made me a little uncomfortable. I had to destroy the website, ands restore it from a backup of sorts. It actually did what it was supposed to do which surprises me but I am glad to have the site working again, with a clean install, updated files, and things are good with the world again.
