Here I am sitting in the cozy room that is my hotel room and enjoying a nice view of Pittsburgh.
Yesterday was a long and very tiring day. I got to the airport around 10:30am and waited for my co-worker to show up but it was after 11 when he showed up and I had already gone through security at that point. Flight to Toronto wasn’t bad but the sitting around and waiting for the flight to Pitt was boring as hell. The flight here was only a little over an hour and then we made our way to the hotel, which is where I vegged for most of the night.
We did manage to get some food from Hooters. Let me tell you, the wildlife was out in full force. HELLO. We also found this cool tram thing which goes up the side of some giant hill. We’re supposed to check it out later this week. We did do a lot of walking around downtown and the place really is dead at night. Tonite will be the telling factor as it is a full business day so we’ll see how downtown is then.
I am however feeling quite congested and have felt that way since yesterday. I thought it was allergies but I am now suspecting that it might be a cold or something else. Who knows. I know I just need to try and fight it off. The last thing I need is getting sick while I’m on the road.
Anyways folks, I need to get ready to start the day. Today is install day and I am anxious to see how everything goes. I’ll keep you posted.
