It’s Sunday and the weather is nice and we have been pondering going down to the beach to see how it is down there but I am still relatively certain that the water is not quite ready to be swam in. I could be totally wrong but for me, I’m not ready to take the dive just yet.

Yesterday I went to see the X-Men movie and man, for me, I thought it was the best of the three. I know it got some shitty reviews but for me, it was very awesome. If you have not seen it yet, don’t read the rest of this paragraph. The fact that Jean Gray killed Scott, and Professor Xavier was a huge surprise to me, and then to have Wolverine kill Jean, that was even a bigger surprise. For someone who never followed the comics or knows much about the mythology of X-Men, I enjoyed it a lot.
Last night saw me come in 3rd place, and second place, in two games of poker. That means I didn’t lose any cash. At $2 a game, I walked away $3 up. Not too bad considering the amount of players. I must say I think I may be getting a bit better at this game. Going to have to do another poker game soon. I’m kind of pondering a Sunday afternoon type game. Any comments on that?
Today we’re going to go get some pictures developed from our trip and some older ones as well. We’ll have to see if we end up in Shediac or not.
Now, in the world of baby news, as you saw, we had the first ultrasound done and it is pretty cool. We do not know the sex of the baby and we are kind of in limbo on whether or not we want to know. For my own reasons, I am relatively certain it is going to be a boy and Tamara is pretty sure it is going to be a girl. Now, only one of us can be right but we’re still sort of going back and forth on whether or not we want to know for sure. Plus, if we do learn the sex, Tamara wants to keep it a secret until the birth, whereas I wanna tell everyone. I think maybe by the time the second sonogram comes along, we’ll have decided definitively.
