I say that because God knows I could use the extra sleep today. For whatever reason I just kept waking up last night so I ended up with VERY little sleep. Awake at 6am, I washed up and started getting ready for work. Ironically enough, I layed back down in bd at like 7:30 and was almost asleep before my alarm went off and reminded me I needed to go to work. :/
Today will be an interesting day. I don’t know if I’ll get much done but it is the day of our second ultrasound so I am hoping that all goes well. We MAY be learning the sex of the baby today, depending on how things go and you may or may not learn it as well, depending on how the day goes.
Yesterday was mom, Valerie, and Donny’s birthday and the party went over very well. Lots of food, family, and fun. We played a bunch of party games and let me tell you, it was certainly entertaining to watch. One game involved a string tied around your waist with the other end tied to a banana which dangled between your legs. You then had to hit a ping pong ball on the grass with the banana and get it across a finish line. Interesting twist on a race for sure but everyone got a good laugh and it was all in good fun.
But right now folks, nature calls, and I’ll be back later. If I don’t fall asleep first.
