Well foks, I hit the road tomorrow morning at 6:30AM for my first solo trip as an employee of Whitehill Technologies. I’m off to Atlanta Georgia where I will remain until Friday when I get back to Toronto Friday night, and back to Moncton on Saturday. A week from that day will be the Halloween party.
I am looking forward to this trip as it will be my first trip on my own for work and I’m sure all will be ok. I’m kind of wondering what’s around my hotel and where I will be in respect to the rest of the city. I have heard from the boys at work that it’s a really great place so maybe I’ll try and see what I can find.

This weekend has been pretty quiet. Went out yesterday and bought a pile of paint for the house. Tamara is planning on painting while I am gone. This works out well since I HATE painting and hopefully the house will look pretty sweet when I get home.
Today we went out to Centennial Park with Tamara’s brothers to take a pile of photos of Tamara with her brothers so she’d have some pix to work with to give as gifts over Christmas. We took a look at the photos and man, they are NICE! There are some really great pictures in there. Maybe when I get back from my trip I’ll post some more pix up here on Bobsroom.
We didin’t make it out to Storm’s last night. Mostly because we just didn’t want to go out more since we’re having a sort of short weekend where I have to do a bunch of packing and travel prep and stuff. Besides, Brian & Alex will be playing elsewhere down the road anyway. It sucks that they will be out of town the night of the Halloween party. I would like to have seen them here, but alas, no luck.
With that said, I think I will finish packing up my laptop bag with all of the gadgets and such that will keep me busy when I’m not working. I get the feeling that it will be a real busy week. We’ll see. So, until then, toodles!
