I just checked myself into my flight for tomorrow morning. Once again I am on the road… wow. It seems like I just got home, but I guess that’s true. The plan is to fly out tomorrow, be back on Saturday, fly out Sunday, and then hopefully get home on Friday night, assuming I make all of my connections. Here’s to hoping right? We’ll see.
Weekend was pretty quiet. Went out to Valerie & Darren’s last night to play some games. Me and Darren had our asses handed to us in Sequence. Oh well, it was still a lot of fun. We also went over to Dave and Mel’s new house. Looks a lot like our place but just layed out a little different. A lot bigger than where they were before which is good.
I’m still fighting this damn cold thing. Nothing serious and at least it never got into my lungs or chest. Just a lot of sniffles which I am used to with allergies and all.
I also started looking at places to stay in Vegas as that is where me and Tamara are hoping to go next September. I am really liking the looks of the Bellagio but the rooms are a bit pricey but I still might and try and save the cash. Seeing as we are going down to one vehicle that will definitely help us to save the cash to make our way there for sure. If I can manage to get enough Aeroplan miles, I should be able to get at least one of our flights for free assuming the timing is right and all. We’ll have to see. With all of the rewards miles going around it should be easy to cut some corners somewhere. We’ll see.
In two weeks, me and Tamara both turn 33. That’s SEVEN YEARS before we hit 40. Hard to believe eh? Hehehehe. Ya, we ARE getting up there.
Speaking of Tamara know, she’s making supper so I really need to go eat and get my work done so I can enjoy the rest of my evening before I have to get up and do the airport thing.
