At 2pm yesterday, an era for me finally came to an end. I returned my Honda Civic to the dealer and now me and Tamara are down to one car, hers. Now she says it is “our” car but let’s face it, she bought it and it really is HER car. If I were to smash it up in an accident, she’d be asking what I did to HER car. With that being said, I am now without my own car for the first time in 14 years. I have been driving since 1993 and when I got my license, I was driving my own car. It does feel a bit weird. But, I was able to move Sega over to Tamara’s car. She gave him a big cleaning and we really noticed that he is in some serious bad shape. I did find another one on eBay but he’s a little sentimental to me. I have had him since the day I got my license so replacing him would not be the same. Kinda funny I know.
I am off to Little Rock, Arkansas tomorrow and will be back on Friday. It’s going to be between 7-15 degrees C while I am down there so believe me, I’ll be enjoying the warmth.
Not much else to report. It is Superbowl Sunday and I’m not watching it. I guess I am probably one of the few. No interest to me other than the commercials and they’ll all end up on YouTube anyway.
