Training here is going very well. Better than I had originally thought based on some info I was given but I think it is going to turn out good. Plus, 2 days down, 3 to go and Lost is on tomorrow night!!!
Red, saw your posts in scribbles and thought I’d post this little piece of info. When I was going through my divorce, my lawyer told me that once the divorce papers were served, the other party had 30 days to respond/sign them. If not, my lawyer could go to a judge and have them filed without a signature. The “response” is not required, but the other party has 30 days to contest the terms that you have laid out in the served papers.
Now mind you, this is under NB divorce law. Where u got married in Ontario, I don’t know how it might differ. That you’d have to dig on. Dunno if this info helps but figured I’d pass it along.
Well, the wife wasn’t on the computer and the phone is busy. I’m going to go try and again and hopefully this time, I get a ring. If not, Tamara, you need to stop having so much phone sex. It’s preventing me from calling you 😉
