Yes folks, it is REALLY nice to back back at home, enjoying the Moncton life again.
Today was the first time back in the office in over 2 weeks and let me tell you, it’s nice to return to a somewhat normal job as opposed to being out on the road again and again. I am glad to have this week as a breather.
As I posted, the EBCI reunion is cancelled and honestly, I’m glad. I mean, it would have been nice to see some people from that era but there just wasn’t enough of the people I would LIKE to see, plus having to travel the next day just made the timing way off. I think me and Tamara are still planning on going to the cottage but now there’s no pressure of having to get anything ready for other people.
With that having been said, things are good. I had a bit of a grumpy weekend. I usually end up being somewhat grumpy when I get back from travels and let me tell you, this was definitely one of those times. Man I can be seriously nasty when I first get back. Frig.
This week will likely remain a week of very littleness. As in, me doing not a lot, but enjoying the normalness of being home. I’d like to pile some wood and maybe get that damn door back on the cat room, but we’ll see how the week progresses.
