Alrighty… at least now I have a few minutes to get on the ball here. Frig sakes.
Ok, so things have been busy, in case you haven’t figured that part out yet. Man, I got back yesterday and was supposed to go out for a cruise on Shediac Bay but that got cancelled due to weather and let me tell you, I was kinda happy about it. I ended up back home doing work and then fell asleep watching Star Trek. Yes I know, that’s unheard of but I was so beat, I needed the snooze.
Seattle turned out to be a pretty decent place. Very friendly people and the place I was working at was pretty sweet as well. I did not see a lot of the city but I did go down to the needle and downtown. I’ll have pictures up eventually.
Oh ya, speaking of pictures, I don’t know if I posted this or not before but most (not all) of the photos are back up. I put the photos in public galleries on Facebook as it is easier to manage then having them on my own server and having issues with security.
Anyways, back to Seattle. I managed to get a earlier flight to Vancouver which didn’t help as there were no earlier flights to Toronto. I ended up in the lounge there, had some food, checked my email, and vegged. Made my way to the gate and then after wrestling with my seat for awhile, I fell asleep on the plane. I did not however get much sleep as sleeping on a plane is not very restful sleep.
When I crashed last night, I slept good and solid. At least I will get a few good nights sleep before I head out on the road again next week. That will be my last trip for awhile. I do not expect to be back on the road until October which is fine by me since I have been travelling a LOT lately. Man, it is tiring being on the road this much. At least I am racking up the points and hopefully they will come in useful down the road.
