I’m feeling a bit blah today. Not sure if it’s the fact I woke up around 6am, or just some weird vibeness I’m getting at work today. Hard to explain and it’s probably my imagination but still, there’s a weird vibe here this morning. I sense a tremor in the force.
I can’t believe the month of September is winding down. It’s now less than a month until the Halloween party, and even less time than that before I head back out on the road for work. Time is just flying by way too damn fast and let me tell you, sometimes I wish it would just go on pause for awhile.
One good thing about this time of year is we finally get some new shows on television. Being a big tv watcher, I’m glad to see that at least some of my shows are premiering this week. For starters, CSI on Thursday. What the hell is gonna happen with Sara? Me and Tamara have a feeling that she’s not dead but will end up leaving the show anyway. Have to wait til it airs. Las Vegas ended with some gunshots and bombs going off so that’ll be a good one to see. I’m also very curious as to when we’ll see another season of The Amazing Race.
But ultimately, the only show on television that matters is Lost and it is not premiering until February. In trying to keep myself into the show during the down time, I have been keeping an eye on DarkUFO’s site (http://darkufo.blogspot.com/ and he’s had some good stuff to pass the time. Plus he has a few good spoiler shots from the set which really don’t say a LOT but they do give you at least something to nibble on while you wait.
That having been said, I do have a few Lost videos to share. There’s an unreleased promo for Season 4 that apparently can be seen at Disneyworld or something. Check it out here. Also, if you didn’t catch all of the stuff from Comicon and the fact that Michael is somehow returning to the island, then you definitely missed the new orientation video that was also played there. This video (click the picture of Marvin Candle in the video links if it doesn’t start) is supposed to be for station six, The Orchid, which as it turns out is not what it is supposed to be and looks a bit weird. This was released by ABC and is definitely canon to the show and supposedly it has major impact/info for the upcoming season who who knows.
My eBay Mac mini should be arriving this week and we’ll see how well the whole thing works. I tried out the iMac at Future Shop again and I am still impressed by it. I am really hoping that it goes well and if I do make the jump, it will be hard at first but hopefully the payoff will be worth it. Anyone else out there have much experience with Mac’s and OS X?
