So after spending the first hour of my morning doing very little (long story) I realized that I did have a little bit of news to report so I figured I’d post it.
Went to see the doctor yesterday regarding the whole kidney stones thing. Well, turns out that once the stone hits your bladder, the pain is gone for good. Since I have not had any pain for at least 3-4 days, doc says that he’s relatively certain that my stones have passed but is sending me for x-rays anyway to see if they will show anything. Here’s to hoping that they come out clean and all is good.
That having been said though, I will be making a visit to the hospital back down in the USA to try and get my medical file they have because my doctor needs some of that information. They told me that he would need to ask for it but he says I should be able to get a copy of all of the records as they are mine. We’ll see what happens.
