Yes folks, it was. I was off for four days and it was a good four days.
Friday, me and Ken went out Geocaching and we did clean up. Woo hoo!!! Saturday was a regular day of Kent’s sausage and running some errands around town here and there along with a real good visit to Val and Darren’s. Had not seen them in awhile so it was nice to pop in.
Sunday was the big family dinner. We had the whole family over to our place for Easter dinner and man it was some good food. Wow. Lots of people and lots of food. Good time was had by all.
Yesterday, I joined the thousands of other geocachers out there and finally hid some of my own caches. There are 5 out there in the city of Moncton (3 of which are officially published, 2 which are still waiting to be published) and I was pretty proud of some of them. I wasn’t sure where I would hide them all but I did find good places for all of them and I am anxious to get some feedback from the local cachers. There is one in particular that I hid that was in a spot I had no idea even existed. It’s interesting what you find when you just drive around the city looking for places to hide things 🙂
I am back to work today and although it does suck sometimes having to work, I do need to get paid and earn a living so I’m back to the old grind. Hey, at least I love my job.
