Please cancel and close the account. I have deleted all of my data from your systems and have moved it to another host. I’m sick and tired of getting the same damn emails from you guys month after month after month. I had my subscription set up fine, you were taking the money out fine, then you guys decided to start harassing me because one of you thinks I owe you guys money while the other one says my bill is paid up. You guys really need to figure out what the hell you are doing instead of nagging your customers. I don’t need this bullshit.
Forget it. It’s blatantly obvious based on the stupid emails, retarded folks on the phone, and a complete and total lack of any professionalism by you or your staff, that your so called hosting company is nothing of the sort. Your systems are slow, your support sucks, and nagging your customers about paying a bill they have already paid is NOT customer service. I have had continuous issues with your support desk accusing me of hacking and spamming your system when it was in fact someone else. I really do not know how anyone would bother staying with you after being treated like this.
I have cancelled the Paypal subscription, deleted my data, so please close my account, stop emailing me, and fuck off. Any further communication from you, or your staff will be deemed as harassment and I will contact a lawyer to pursue legal action.
