I saw the new X-Files movie last weekend and although I enjoyed it, based on the box office results, the movie basically tanked so it’s probably safe to assume there will not be any more movies š This of course sucks as I really love Mulder & Scully, but this is how the movie business works.
Regardless, back in the day of XF being on the air, a singer by the name of Bree Sharp wrote a song called “David Duchovny, Why won’t you love me?”. It’s actually not a bad tune. But the cast and crew of XF decided to put together a gag video. It starts off with no name people, but eventually a huge list of recognizable names show up. Included are: Whoppi Goldberg, Rosie O’Donnel, Brad Pitt, Alice Cooper, Kevin Nealon, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Garry Shandling, Dennis Franz, Kiss, David Spade, Jerry Springer, Jenna Elfman, Melissa Ethridge, and his co-star Gillian Anderson along with countless other actors, producers, and a pile of folks from the show. The video quality is awful and the audio is out of sync on the Youtube version but it is still funny to see.
