Yes folks, my “rough” week finally ended and I made it through relatively unscathed. I must say, I have never been so happy to see the end of a Friday as I was this past week. It really has been crazy.
Today however was a good one. Me, Tamara, and Dylan went out to the zoo and enjoyed the afternoon checking out the various animals and just enjoying the nice weather. It wasn’t too hot and wasn’t chilly. Just right. Plus, the zoo was not too busy so we were happy to see a lack of crowds.
Tomorrow I head out to Chicago, IL for my first road trip in a LONG time. It’s been about 6 months since I have had to travel for work and now I have 3 trips over the next 5 weeks. I guess when it rains, it really pours. However, I am actually looking forward to it as it will be a nice change of pace from the work I have been doing the last few months. Some good old regular training will be a welcome change.
