Well, since my birthday is in 2 days, I’m going to hold off on posting about that til then. I have a whole thing to ramble on about that so I’ll keep that in check for now. So, to hold you over until then, here’s a little bit of Christmas stuff.
I have completed almost all of my Christmas shopping this year. I only have a few odds and ends to get but the big stuff is basically done. I managed to get most of it done this past weekend while Tamara was working. Let me tell you, as insane as the malls and stores have been, I was actually quite impressed how it wasn’t as bad as I thought. Yeah, there’s a LOT of people but it’s nowhere near as bad as it has been in year’s past. Long lineups plagued the shops everywhere but people are pretty good.
The only ones that TRULY irritate me are the ones who stand in the middle of the isles with their carts, talking to people, and blocking the way for other people to go by. I mean, ya ok, we all run into people we know when we shop, but GET THE FRAK OUT OF MY WAY! This is NOT the “stand-around-and-talk-while-getting-in-everyone-else’s-way” isle. Beyond that, it’s been decent.
So the only things left I have to pick up are a few stocking stuffers, a gift for my grandma, and I think that covers most of it. I might pick Dylan up a few small things but he has so much already that it’s hard to figure out what to get him. Will be easier once he gets older and knows what he wants.
