Spring time is almost here and that means that I have begun the initial planning for this year’s Moncton’s Race For Cache. It’s our five year anniversary and I am hoping to make it bigger and better than ever. As part of that, I’m looking to get some feedback from our previous racers. I’m looking to find out what you considered to be your favorite tasks/stops from previous years. I am hoping to incorporate some of the “best of” moments from the previous races into this year’s race. So for those who have participated, and anyone who would like to participate this year, please let me know which of the following tasks/stops you would rate as your favorites.
I’ll be sending this list out via email as well to those who opted to receive email updates.
- Newspaper article
- Shooting hoops at the YMCA
- Go-kart race at Magnetic Hill
- The Cacher’s Cocktail
- Eyeball Soup
- Crystal Palace games
- Finding a CD/comic/sign in a store
- Buying/finding candy at the candy shop
- Buying/finding food at the market(s)
- Eating the sushi / veggie dishes / Indian food / waffles
- Pixelboard at Moncton Honda
- Counting lights and windows downtown
- Tying knots with Rev Slippery
- Finding Nemo at Champlain Place
- Going bowling
- Other tasks not listed
- If there was something else you did on one of the race stops that is not listed here that you really enjoyed, please let me know. Thanks.
Information collected here and through other means (email, Facebook, etc) will be used to determine if/which tasks from previous years will be used for this year and may help with the addition of a few new tasks. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
