Help Design The Cache Up NB T-Shirt

Not too long ago, I posted some news about Cache Up NB getting ready to produce it’s first run of shirts. After receiving a considerable amount of great feedback, I’ve continued my work on these shirts and have hit a bit of a roadblock. This is where YOU get the chance to have a say in how our shirts will look.

The concept of the shirt was to display our logo on the front with a large print of the province of NB with all of the published caches shown on the map. The image above is a work in progress of that artwork. It’s a good start but the image along with the caches is just not enough to make the back stand out as much as I would like it to. I’ve thought of adding some text onto it, such as “11,000 geocaches and counting” but haven’t had a good idea on how to incorporate that, or anything else, into the existing image.

So here’s where you come in. I would like you to take a look at the above artwork, and see what kind of ideas you can come up with to enhance or add to this for the back of our shirts. Post your comments, suggestions, and ideas here. If you want to download the image and modify it on your own, please feel free to send your artwork to admin@cacheupnb.com and let us know what your geocaching name is (if we don’t know it already).

The only condition on the ideas or artwork is that I would prefer to stick to 3 or 4 colours. Beyond that, the sky is the limit.

If we choose to use one or more of the ideas given, the users who submitted those ideas will receive a free shirt when they are ordered. Comments and suggestions will be taken over the course of the next few weeks. Lastly, keep in mind that the quicker you get your ideas in to us, the quicker we can turn them around into actual shirts.

So get cracking and see what kind of ideas you can come up with and send them our way.
