As I am sure most of you are well aware, this coming Saturday marks an event that many have been waiting for: The first mega event in New Brunswick. Cache Up NB has been heavily involved with this event and we plan to be there for the day.
Cache Up NB will have a table set up onsite to provide information about this website, our activities and partner programs, as well as to just introduce folks to our little website. We’ll also be selling our lanyards to help raise some money for a geocoin we hope to get minted later in the year.
Lastly, as previously mentioned, me and Rev Slippery will be hosting a special two hour edition of the Cacher’s Corner podcast where we will be sharing the mic with a panel of geocache reviewers. We’ve got a pile of questions put together already but we will be taking submissions at the CUNB table, as well as at the podcast itself. Our plan is to go through our stack of questions, then the user submitted questions, and then hit the audience up for their participation as well. Given the fact that this your chance to actually talk to the reviewers who publish our caches, I suspect we are going to have a fairly large audience for this podcast. You’re going to want to get your questions in as soon as you can. You can also submit them by commenting on this news item.
Be sure to drop by the Cache Up NB table, say hi, pick up a lanyard, and provide us your reviewer questions. We can’t wait to see you there.
